SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING INFO
We are a small business and ship parcels a few times a week when busy, and once a week during quieter periods.

DOMESTIC (NZ) 1-2 WEEK DELIVERY:
We ship all domestic tracked parcels with NZ Post. Parcels ship within a week and will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the time of your order.
INTERNATIONAL (AUS/US/UK/BEYOND) 2-6 WEEK DELIVERY:
Standard international shipping does not include tracking. However, if you would like to be able to track your order, there are upgrades available at checkout for courier (with tracking). Generally, packages do arrive just fine, but it can take up to 6 weeks at times, so please be patient.
International shipping is at your own risk. Please note that we are not registered to deal with VAT or similar fees/taxes, and that these may be, depending on your country's laws, your own responsibility to pay at the border when your parcel arrives. If the parcel is returned for VAT/tariff reasons, we are not responsible for that. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

The shipping time depends on your location, but is generally anywhere up to 21 working days with standard shipping, and less with courier. This does not include the time taken to process through customs in your country. If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please wait a further 10 days before contacting me as often things can get held up in customs/processing before delivery.

Returns
I gladly accept returns and exchanges if there is a fault with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 21 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
